Bottle Lake Golf Club offers you a welcoming social atomsphere with a competitive and strong Club environment. Formerly known as Burwood, then Windsor, then re-branded Bottle Lake Golf Club, it is more readily recognised for it's location and ability to offer something different to other Golf facilities in Canterbury.
This is an 18 hole 70 par Golf Course situated alongside the Bottle Lake Forest Park, the historic lake lies in the middle of the Course. As a Club we challenge you to test your skills and abilities against other members, combine and test those of other Clubs by being part of successful Interclub Teams or simply come and have a round with your friends and enjoy yourself.
Bottle Lake Golf Club is a great Course, fantastic Club offering value, friendship and great golf for the beginner, experienced and casual golfer. Come and play our Course to experience one of the best known secrets in Christchurch Golfing.
Bottle Lake Golf Club is a parkland course sited on rolling sand based land. The experience you have is one of playing from raised tees to raised greens and along picturesque fairways. Imagine playing a par 3 hole from a tee block 60 meters above a green 105 meters away with a water hazard left and right or playing a 5 par hole to a green 15 meters above the fairway.
This is just a couple of examples of how our Course at Bottle Lake can challenge you. Year in, year out we keep our Course maintained to a consistant great quality that both our members and visitors enjoy.
Our Clubhouse is sporting a well stocked bar, excellant Caterers with a deck looking out over the 18th Hole. There are well maintained practice areas where our resident Golf Pro - Dan Lunn will fine tune your game at a minimal cost. All these facilities are available for functions and tournaments to Club members and the Public alike.
