Brian Green Property Group NZ Super 6's Following Your Own Path Brunch

You and a friend are invited to attend this year’s brunch as part of the Brian Green Property Group Super 6’s Golf Tournament.

The brunch features guest speaker’s Dr Johanna Wood, FIFA Council Member and NZ Football President, the Palmerston North City Council Deputy Mayor Aleisha Rutherford, and Chris Gun, Netball Manawatu General Manager. They will be talking about where they have been and what they see happening in the future within their areas.

This event is going to be held at the Manawatu Golf Club on Tuesday 23 February at 8.30am.

Manawatu Golf Club

Manawatu Golf Club (Hokowhitu) is situated in Palmerston North's Suburb of Hokowhitu bordering on the banks of the Manawatu River and the city's Centennial Lagoon.

The club claims the title as having the oldest golf course in New Zealand and has a proud history of hosting New Zealands top Professional and Amateur events including 5 NZ Open Championships, 8 NZ Amatuer Championships and various other national championships.

Visitors and casual golfers are always welcome at Manawatu Golf Club to test their skills on our championship layout. Green fees are very affordable, and available during most days of the week. Phone the Pro Shop on 06 357 8793 to confirm course availability.

If you are looking to play golf on a regular basis there are many advantages to becoming a golf club member.

Every Friday evening during daylight savings we run a twilight golf competition which is open to members and visitors alike.

Course Features

The course is regarded as Manawatu's premiere 18 hole layout, and provides a challenging yet fair test for golfers of all abilities. Tree-lined, beautifully manicured fairways, fast rolling greens and over 50 challenging white sand bunkers feature throughout the parklike course.

Club Features

A major clubhouse development in 2009 has established one of the most modern and attractive Clubhouses in New Zealand.

Overlooking the 18th green the clubhouse lounge known as the Hokowhitu Cafe and Bar is a great space to enjoy the clubs vibrant social atmosphere, whether after a round of golf or as a guest at an event or function.

The Hokowhitu Cafe and Bar offers excellent food at competitve prices with friendly and helpful staff to make your visit relaxing and enjoyable.

Casual lunches and Friday evening meals are available throughout the year. Bookings are essential for large groups and non-members are very welcome.
