She Loves Golf at Hanmer Springs

If you have never played golf before and are not sure where to start, come along as you will be most welcome.

On Wednesday morning 9.30 - 10.30 we will cater for beginners of golf as we will be covering all aspects of the game, playing golf and a few golf rules. If you haven't got any clubs, not a problem as we can supply.

From 10.30 to 11.30 we will cater for intermediate golfers.

Progress to playing on the course Mondays 4.30pm-6.00pm

Anyone is welcome, the fee is free.

Just bring your smile and enthusiasm.

Hanmer Springs is a quaint alpine village situated 135 km North West of Christchurch. Course Features

Hanmer Springs Golf Course is more than just a popular country course in New Zealand. It is a course that boasts some of North Canterbury's finest scenery which takes you on a journey through stunning views of the alpines and challenging golf holes. The perfectly manicured brown top grass presents the golfer with a standard playing condition all year round and the course layout is suitable for all ages and abilities. Open 364 days a year (Closed Christmas day), the course is open to visitors, green fee players and corporate groups. At Hanmer Springs golf club you can hire clubs, trundlers, motorized carts as well as booking the clubhouse for private functions.

The Hanmer Springs golf shop is open 7 days (except Christmas Day)

The Golf shop offers a range of golf merchandise, accessories, drinks and light snacks available. Club repair services including re-gripping and re-shafting are also available.

The club house is an ideal location for a range of activities including meetings, seminars, weddings, evening functions and other gatherings. The club-room has a seating capacity of 100 guests with full bar, kitchen facilities. Catering services can be arranged by an outside caterer.
