Futures 6 and 9 at Geraldine Golf Club – Let’s Hit the Course!

Get ready for a fun day of golf designed for young players of all abilities! Futures 6 and 9 is your chance to hone your skills, make new friends, and have an awesome time on the course.

Why Join?

Build your golf skills in a fun, relaxed environment. Whether you're just starting or have some experience, there's something for everyone.

Event Format:

6 Holes: Perfect for beginners with short courses and the “It’s Okay Rules.”
9 Holes: Great for those with more experience or a handicap.

Entries close midday Wednesday prior to the event, or earlier if fully booked. This Futures event series is delivered by Aorangi Golf and Golf New Zealand.

Geraldine District Golf Club

Fancy a round of golf in pleasant country surroundings? Then this great wee track situated halfway between Ashburton and Timaru is the place to be! 30 minutes north of Timaru or 35 minutes south of Ashburton.

The course called "Denfield" is on the Orari Back Road just 5 kms from the centre of Geraldine, one of the most attractive rural service towns in Canterbury. The 5553 metre layout is noted for its fine plantings of trees and shrubs, magnificent greens and wonderful views of the nearby mountains.

Course Features

The course is set out on good draining soil and with its fully automated computer-controlled watering system provides good underfoot conditions year-round and offers a satisfying challenge to golfers of all abilities.

Club Features

Catering and bar facilities are available to groups by prior arrangement.

Golf Carts and Hire clubs available at golf course on enquiry.
