Gleniti Golf Club
Gleniti Golf Club is situated in the eastern outskirts of Timaru. It is an 18 hole course with wonderful views of the Southern Alps to the sea.
The club was founded in 1928 and the clubhouse is the lovely old original homestead.
The club has a very friendly atmosphere. Players are very welcome to take up the LOVE golf offer, experience the course then consider joining us!

Our competition days are:
Men : Wednesdays 11am to 12.30pm and Saturdays 11am to 12.30pm
Women: Tuesdays 9.30 am, Thursdays 9.30am and Saturdays 9.00am
The course is on rolling hills and there are a variety of holes. It is not a long course, however accuracy off the tee is important as many holes are around the boundary of the course. There are some water hazards to contend with and many of the greens are protected by bunkers or grass mounds.
It is an enjoyable but challenging course for players of all abilities.

The clubhouse is available for bookings for functions. We have a fully licensed bar and can recommend our caterers, P&M Catering.
Our resident Pro is Peter Hayes (Australian PGA member) who has 20 senior club championship wins under his belt and another eight on the Australian Legends tour.
He has a fully stocked shop and a brand new driving range so all your golfing needs are covered. Delicious food and refreshments are provided by his wife Margaret who is our full time caterer
