She Loves Golf Event

She Loves Golf Summer Series - Waimate

New to the game? Or is a shorter format more your style? Get together with friends and join us for six holes from the forward tees at various clubs across the Aorangi region. Enjoy drinks and nibbles in the clubhouse after golf. Be in to win spot prizes every time you play.

She Loves Golf 6's is fun, fast and social, and you can share a set of clubs with a friend. We play a team event over 6 holes, so you can register as a pair or by yourself, and we can find you a partner.

If you have friends who have already registered or are going to register, let us know and we will put you in the same group.

Tee times will be between 5.15pm and 5.30pm at each event!

Cost: $15 per event (incl. nibbles) - payable on the day

Join us for one or two events, or play them all. Entries for each event close midday on Friday prior to each event or when start times are fully booked. Limited to 30 spots per event.

Waimate Golf Club

The Waimate Golf Club is situated on the western outskirts of Waimate , a town of 2800 which is 47Km south of Timaru.

The course and greens are beautifully maintained by our full time Greenkeeper and dedicated group of volunteers.This high quality course is the envy of many out of town players. A signature hole is the 18th , a Par 4, 410 metre hole which is wide & straight but deceptively challenging . A par is earned.

Competition days:

Tuesday Start time 10am - both 18 & 9 Hole Golfers

Wednesday Start time 12.30pm - 18 Holes; 2.00pm - 9 Holes (Thursday if wet)

Saturday Start time 12.30pm

Visitors are most welcome on competition days.

No bookings required !

Women : Yellow Tees 5131 metres Par 72 NZCR 71.8 Slope 117

An undulating, tree lined course in beautiful surroundings aptly named "Woodlands".
