These Saturday sessions are for women new-ish to golf who want to get comfortable playing golf out on the course alongside other women.
Tee-times are at 8 minute intervals, and players are welcome to play as many or as few holes as they wish. If you are still learning, you might look at playing for 75-90minutes.
Are you worried you might not be ready? Please don’t worry, this is purely about further developing your golf and getting you more comfortable, and regular play will only make you better. We also encourage stripping back all of the traditional rules to play your way. The It’s Ok Rules guarantee fun on course:
Its ok…..
….to not keep score (and only count the swings when you make contact with the ball)
….to play from the shortest tees or choose to start from the fairway
….to place your ball on a nicer piece of grass to play off of
….to put the ball on a tee anywhere you wish to
….to try to hit out of a bunker, and then throw the ball out if not successful after a few attempts
….to put another ball down where you think your last ball finished if you lose/can’t find a ball
….to walk a hole, if you need a break
….to only play a few holes (you don’t have to play 9 or 18 holes)
….to move your ball away from under a tree, or off a path, & play from where you want to play from
….to wear what you feel comfortable in (active wear, sneakers are all ok)
….to take lots of photos
….to scream with excitement when you hit a great shot, or high five after a long putt
…. to play golf for the exercise, fun, or friendship #Have fun!
