Interested in golf but unsure where or how to start? Join Steve and Linda for our 4-week, women's-only beginner coaching programme. You'll learn how to play golf in a relaxed, social environment with other like-minded women.

Casual dress code, and equipment provided if you don't have your own.

Thursdays 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th October

Whangaparaoa Golf Club

Whangaparaoa Golf Club is 45 minutes from the Harbour Bridge located near the end of the Whangaparaoa Peninsula.

Established in 1954, Whangaparaoa Golf Club has members of all ages and ability. We have 18 hole mens and ladies sections, 9 hole mens and ladies sections, and a junior section for all ages, from beginners to rising stars.

If you need professional coaching Blake Cowley is available on Wednesdays. Bookings are essential.

Course Features

This 18 hole course is set in picturesque surroundings with parkland and ocean views. Whangaparaoa has some testing fairways and challenging greens which are enjoyed by its members and visitors alike.

Club Features

Whangaparaoa Golf Club offers a large modern facility with seating for up to 120 guests, a well stocked bar, an excellent chef, great views and plenty of off-street parking.

We have 3 practice nets, as well as a Pitch & Putt practice hole

We carry a range of Srixon, Titleist, Callaway and Bridgestone golf balls, tees, gloves, refreshments and confectionery, and a selection of club shirts.
